PREP:

Repairing and replacement rotten wood
Repairing and replacement of any Drywall
Sand, caulk and prime where necessary
Remove all dirt and dust from walls and baseboards;
Apply high quality primer
Oil prime any water damage
Any stucco repair
Fix any nail pops, crack, seams, etc.
Stripping or torching off old paint if necessary
Use power sanders
Tape off and cover any thing not to be painted
Move any furniture in the middle of the room and cover

Finish

Roller and brush or spray and back role depending on the conditions
Use only high quality paint
Always apply two coats, more if necessary
